Strategic Sourcing at Origin
It begins in the fertile volcanic highlands. We work directly with trusted farmers who share our commitment to quality, selecting lots based on cherry ripeness and consistency.
STEP 02
Multi-Stage Sorting & Grading
Beans undergo triple-picking and density sorting to remove defects. We grade according to SNI specifications for size, defect count, and moisture.
STEP 03
Precise Processing & Drying
We utilize the Natural process, allowing cherries to dry in the sun on raised beds. Moisture is carefully monitored to reach the < 12.5% export target.
STEP 04
Final Packaging & Export
Beans are packed in GrainPro bags and jute sacks to preserve freshness. Our logistics team manages all documentation for a smooth shipment.
